Does ALEVIATE apply to ALNET™, Air Liquide’s distributor network?
No, ALEVIATE is applicable only to customers who sign a cylinder product agreement or equipment lease agreement (not an ALNET supply agreement).
Does ALEVIATE apply to other Air Liquide entities?
No, ALEVIATE is only applicable to products and services provided by Air Liquide America Specialty Gases LLC.
Do spot orders count?
No. Our ALEVIATE no-risk guarantee is for contract customers. Please contact your local Air Liquide office to speak with a sales representative or call 800.217.2688 for additional information.
If a problem arises, can it be addressed before initiating a refund?
Absolutely. We will make every effort to rectify a situation should it occur. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be found, then you may return the product(s) for a full reimbursement and cancel your contract if you wish.
How long will this guarantee be applicable?
There is no expiration for this no-risk guarantee. It is not a short-term promotion and we fully stand behind our industry leading products and services. But, Air Liquide maintains the right to cancel the program at any time.
