Design your Custom Class Mixture to Meet your Specifications
Custom Class allows you to select the mixture specifications that meet your special application requirements, including blend tolerance, analytical accuracy, process accuracy and reproducibility. You may also determine the traceability of your mixture by selecting the linking scheme and referencing materials used, which can include your own internal standards.
Air Liquide technical personnel will work with you to design your custom mixture. Our mixture engineering process also defines the environmental and safety conditions to assure a safe and reliable product can be made. Custom Class mixtures are then blended using one or more of our high-accuracy blending processes including GRAVSTAT™, MICROGRAV™, and ACUBLEND™, depending on the specifications you provide.
Individual components in this class of mixtures, in any combination, can be dual-certified, single-certified or uncertified, in concentration ranges and at accuracies that you specify. Air Liquide will define temperature and pressure conditions that assure constant compositions in a single phase as well as compound compatibility considerations.
